Sahut can notify you through three channels: in-app alerts, email, and browser push notifications. Each agent controls their own notification preferences — they are personal, not workspace-wide.Documentation Index

Accessing notification settings
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner → Profil Saya (My Profile) → Notifikasi (Notifications).Notification types
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| New conversation | A new conversation is created (unassigned or assigned to you) |
| Conversation assigned | A conversation is assigned to you or your team |
| New message | A new customer reply in a conversation you’re participating in |
| Mention | Someone @mentions you in an internal note |
Notification channels
For each event, you can enable or disable notifications on each channel:| Channel | Description |

Browser push notifications only work when Sahut is open in a browser tab. For persistent notifications when your computer is locked, use email notifications instead.
Enabling browser push notifications
- Go to your notification settings
- Toggle on Browser Push
- When your browser asks for permission, click Allow
- Chrome: Address bar → lock icon → Notifications → Allow
- Firefox: Address bar → shield icon → Permissions → Notifications
- Safari: Safari menu → Settings for This Website → Notifications → Allow
Email notification digest
Instead of individual email alerts, you can choose to receive a digest — a summary email at a set frequency:- Immediately (default)
- Every hour
- Every 8 hours
- Daily at 8:00 AM (workspace timezone)
Muting a conversation
If you’re watching a conversation but don’t want notifications for it, mute it:- Open the conversation
- Click the … menu in the top-right
- Select Bisukan (Mute)
